This is more appropriate to Google Code or some other shared repository than spread across a handful of recipes.

You might at least reference the other required recipes here...

I started with Google Code and deleted the project: you have to use a program other than your browser to load your code.

Where do you suggest that the code be uploaded to that can be accessed through the PCC proxy? Also, what is the reason for all of the down-votes? No comments were left to explain the negative scoring.
