A newer version of this script is contained in the GitHub repo of PyMuPDF.
Recently (2016-10-28), it has been updated to support PyMuPDF 1.9.2, wxPython 3.0.3 (Phoenix release) on all Python versions 2.7 and up, and architectures x86 / x64.
Also, it now no longer requires modules other than PyMuPDF (fitz).
