z3ext roles

Main perpose for this package to define default roles for z3ext. This package define portal.Manager 'portal.Member` portal.Viewer roles and zcml feature z3ext-default-roles. Any package that wants use this roles should check z3ext-default-roles feature with zcml:condition="have z3ext-default-roles".

There is possibility to disable all default grants settings for all packages that uses z3ext-default-roles feature. We need install 'zc.configuration' package and add this text bofore including z3ext.roles package.
