Various setups

Some changes compared to the standard Plone setup:

• FCKeditor is the default editor for any new user.
• Content versioning is manual, and limited to 5 versions.

• An empty "Latest news" topic or an empty "Latest videos" topic associated to the HomePage content does not lead any error message. The associated frame is just silently omitted from layout. [glenfant]
• Added the links to the "Latest news" and to the "Latest videos" in the HomePage content type that are from now independent from the topic these frames are associated with. [glenfant]
• Monkey patch to PortalTransforms tool such an empty transforms list to a destination mime type does not trigger IndexError anymore. Such destination mimetypes are now ignored. Note that this is a workaround since this list should "theorically" never be empty. [glenfant]
