Hey, it doesn't make sense for good reasons. :-) The problem is that the
SVG implementation (as proposed) isn't a feature of the photo image
itself, but rather of the photo image format handler. Those are only on
the stack when they're running. (There's no mechanism for listing what
formats are supported or describing what capabilities/properties those
handlers have; whether or not there should be, there actually isn't.)
I'm still trying to understand why this should be wedged through photo
images. If it was its own full image type, it would have a lot more
options when it comes to rendering and the image handle command would be
open to customization to provide far more information and whatever other
operations make sense. Though the SVG implementation should still be
described via tk::pkgconfig; that's exactly the right place for that
kind of detail.
