[MACTCL] RIP Miguel Sofer

The Tcl Core Team is saddened to learn that that long-time team
member, Miguel Sofer, passed away on Monday, 13 June 2016, after a
long illness. His tireless work on the development of Tcl will surely
be missed, and we personally mourn the loss of a dear friend and
colleague. Our sincerest sympathies and best wishes go out to Miguel's
friends and family.
