I understand you want to find a PostScript-->bitmap driver and I am
not aware of any other free programs as Ghostscript.

Usually PostScript driver (in Windows) means software which translates
printer API calls into PostScript code. You can find generic
PostScript driver in Adobe's site at
<URL:http://www.adobe.com/products/printerdrivers/main.html>. They
work much better than many drivers supplied by printer manufacturers.
