Since it appears that timings are tricky, and that worst-case
(including malevolent) performance is at least as interesting as the
average, here is a small pure-Tcl function that computes the buckets'
contents for a given array. It yields a list of {size bucket} pairs,
where size==[llength bucket], sorted by decreasing size. You can
verify its honesty by comparing the sizes with what [array statistics]
says.

Hope this tool will let somebody discover the
killing-HTTP-header-attack we are all dying to see.
