Thought about it a little more and I'm wrong on that point.
The extended execution traces would, I believe, still attach
to the execution of a particular command. The features Neil
described are attached specifically to the "unknown command"
situation. Execution traces cannot substitute for them.
Sorry to have pointed in the wrong direction on that point.
That shifts us back to just a difference of opinion on which
handler should have responsibility in which situation. Neil's
clearly thought about it longer and in more detail than I have.
I need to reread and review his reasoning.
