Thanks for the revision. I approve of the macro idea, however...
The refcounting change you made to Tcl_FSEvalFileEx() has converted
it into a Consumer of its "pathPtr" argument. I'm not confident
all existing callers are prepared for that change. In any case,
I'd rather consider that interface change separately from a
deprecation TIP trying to stay out of controversy. Can we save
that detail for later?
