[TCLCORE] Documentation issues - tutorial and lsort

Hello,



The past two days there has been a discussion on the precise working of the -dictionary option to [lsort]

(see https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en#!topic/comp.lang.tcl/ezPQszQG9-A) and today there was a new post about a mistake in the online tutorial (see https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en#!topic/comp.lang.tcl/Zg4mdJ9UbH0).



Anyone want to take care of these? (I could do it myself, but I am not sure I have the necessary permissions - alternatively I can offer patches)
