glad it works :)

BTW, You can save it as local solution tcl.sln-tcl.vcproj (to save up
converting in the future). 
But I think it is not necessary to commit the tcl.sln additionally to
tcl.dsw (as long as auto-converting works).

PS. it was 8.5 because I would like to merge the change throughout all
branches.
