as regards a TIP, I meant the whole clock speed-up branch (see
https://github.com/sebres/tcl/pull/2), not the ticket "confusing
precedence of some clock-formats".
But if you say, it expected already by such artificial test-cases...
Hmm.
Another question would be - why a TIP? I mean - Would be not sufficient
enough (resp. better) this above mentioned github-PR instead of TIP?
By such biggish PR it is the best advantage to have the description,
possible reviews together with code self (better referenceable, etc)...
Just as question... If it should be a TIP, then it will be one (although
I have no idea how to create it).
