I would suggest NOT to backport this to 8.5, as the 8.5 images/icons
don't have the mentioned license troubles. People don't expect
icons to change when updating to a new patch release. It's
unfortunate it needs to be done for 8.6, but that's life.

And I would suggest to create a new icon/bmp set, based on
Sergey G. Brester's work, and use that in the "novem" branch
(indicating that that's the most _fancy_ versions available, so
it has the most fancy icon .......)  This would mean that each
Tcl major release has a different icon, I like that.
