No - that wasn't it.

I've confirmed the dot.tk delegation is correct, the DNS configuration at CloudFlare (where we host the tcl.tk DNS) is correct and an nslookup / dig to the CloudFlare name server returns the correct IP addresses.

Any problems now are probably due to DNS caching.
