While testing the latest RC, I found that the Cygwin build for Tk didn't
work (linking error), while the build from trunk works fine. The reason
appeared to be be that there was a mismatch between de "tcl.m4"
included in trunk and the generated "configure" script, the bug
appeared because the configure script was re-generated in the branch.

Hoping I'm still in time for the 8.6.2 release.
