Even if the thing in the headline is fixed, you find a couple of
blockers in
http://www.nntp.perl.org/group/perl.perl5.porters/2016/01/msg233698.html
mentioned in the section "prior discussion". If the blockers there have
found their way into your list, please ignore me. I just want to make
sure, they are not overlooked.
