[perl #112008] File::Path rmtree is not thread safe

As discussed in https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=99230#txn-1416715, if we can't fix the implemention, this limitation should be documented, as well as:  `die 'rmtree not thread-safe' if threads->tid`.
