DBD::ODBC 2.23

DBD::ODBC 2.23 was released to CPAN earlier today, would be great if the
ActivePerl versions could be updated specifically, in my case I need to
get 5.10 64Bit updated. I have a bug ticket open to ActivePerl anyone
specific who could be poked into to getting it done?
