Re: Getting strange error when trying to run PDK Samples, PerlApp, Demo Application from menu after new install

This looks like it is throwing an error due to referencing a Perl
installation that was simply unzipped, rather than properly installed.
 ActivePerl requires the installation step because it has to do some
install-time patching to ensure LIB and related paths are set
correctly in binaries.
